Disha Shrotria is the lead for Food Domain sourcing business.In addition, she is responsible to grow South East Asia sourcing business.

Disha’s areas of expertise include:

· Global sourcing and business development
· Procurement & supply chain design
· Marketing strategies
· Food domain

Disha is responsible for developing global sourcing strategies for a broad variety of food ingredients, identifying sourcing opportunities to realize cost reductions, improving processes with respect to the procurement function and working with internal customers to ensure their business requirements are met .

She is responsible for Food ingredients sourcing for a major client in North America and European Union Countries.

Prior to joining APAC, Disha has worked for around 2 years with Surajbala Exports Pvt. Ltd., Delhi as Executive Supply Chain & Sales Support where she was responsible for overall supply chain management & sales coordination activities of the company..

Disha holds an MBA degree in Food Business with sub specialization in Supply Chain & Retail management and has an undergraduate degree in Food technology( Honours), fromvDelhi University.

Apart from this,she has undergone ISO: 22000 & HACCP Food safety management System course from DNV & Six Sigma Green Belt Course from British standard Institute.
