Aditya Dixit

Aditya is the lead for the European Union region and has an in-depth knowledge of the Chemical Industry in Central and Eastern Europe and is currently supporting one of the major European Chemical Distribution company. In addition, Aditya is responsible for the IT infrastructure in the organisation.

Aditya’s areas of expertise include:

· Regional strategic sourcing opportunity building.
· Leading Regional initiatives for the company.
· Negotiation skills.
· Cost competitive solutions to customers.
· Computer networking & Software/ Hardware support.

He leads the regional team effort of various low cost countries. Aditya in Business Development role is responsible to give low cost sourcing options to his Customers. He supports one of the major Chemical Distribution Company in European Union. Aditya is a member of Operations Committee responsible for taking organisational decisions and policy & process development in the company.

Prior to joining APAC, Aditya interned at ABN AMRO Bank, Mumbai and Power Finance Corporation.

Aditya holds a Masters in Business Administration with distinction and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information technology University. He is SAP professional with expertise in ABAP and Business Intelligence and has worked on various programming languages and database maintenance platforms.
