Aarti leads the company's HR functions & initiatives and undertakes the responsibility of hiring to build teams, designing HR policies, motivating,
grievance handling and defining roles & responsibilities of the employees.

Aarti’s areas of expertise include:

· Recruitment
· Employee Retention
· Knowledge of therapeutic categories
· Employee Performance Management
· Employee Training

In addition, she is also responsible for managing business of one major natural product, in global market.

Prior to joining APAC, She has worked for one year with EMPI Corporate Management group handling the HR functions.

Aarti has consistently done well in her School/College and passed the MBA degree with distinction in all subjects in HR & Marketing from Birla
Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra, Jaipur extension and B. Sc. in Biotechnology, Zoology & Chemistry from International College for Girls
(ICG), Jaipur. She has done NCFM Certification in Commercial Banking Module.
